Payment For Coaching Sessions
Payment is required at the time of booking. The session fee is $165 plus applicable GST. Any applicable fees will be shown before you complete your booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling an individual coaching session. When less than 24 hours' notice is given, the session may be charged in full. I understand that unexpected circumstances, including illness, can arise, and I will use my discretion in these situations.
If I need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, I will provide as much notice as reasonably possible and work with you to arrange another suitable time. If we are unable to find a suitable time to reschedule, any payment made for that session will be refunded.
