If you are experiencing a crisis or require urgent medical or psychological support, coaching is not an appropriate substitute for emergency or crisis services.

3. Coaching Fees and Payment

Coaching session fees are communicated or agreed upon at the time of booking and are subject to applicable GST. If there are any other applicable fees, they will be disclosed before you complete your booking.

Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm an appointment, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Payment may be made by e-transfer or another payment method made available by Serava Life Coaching Inc.

Serava Life Coaching Inc. may change its fees from time to time. Any new fees will be communicated before a client books a future session. A price change will not affect a session that has already been booked and paid for.

4. Rescheduling, Cancellations and Refunds

​

Cancellation and refund policies for coaching sessions, workshops, and community offerings are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms and applies to bookings made through the Site unless otherwise stated for a particular service or offering.

Nothing in these Terms or the Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to limit or exclude any cancellation, refund, or other rights you may have under applicable law.

5. Coaching Agreements

​

Where applicable, coaching services may also be subject to a separate Coaching Agreement between Serava Life Coaching Inc. and the client.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific Coaching Agreement, the terms of the Coaching Agreement will apply to the coaching relationship to the extent of that conflict.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, branding, images, photographs, writing, and layout, is the property of Serava Life Coaching Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
