I want my booking and payment policies to be clear and straightforward. The policies below apply to coaching sessions and workshops offered by Serava Life Coaching Inc.

These policies do not limit or exclude any cancellation, refund, or other rights you may have under applicable law.

​

Individual Coaching Sessions

​

Payment

​

Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm an individual coaching session.

​

Coaching session fees are communicated at the time of booking and are subject to applicable GST. If there are any other applicable fees, they will be disclosed before you complete your booking.

​

Cancelling or Rescheduling

​

If you need to cancel or reschedule an individual coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

​

When less than 24 hours' notice is provided, you may be charged the full session fee.

​

I understand that unexpected circumstances, including illness or emergencies, can arise. I will use my discretion and consider the circumstances when deciding whether to waive a late-cancellation charge.

​

If you simply need to change your appointment, I will do my best to find another suitable time.

​

If I Need to Cancel

​

If I need to cancel or reschedule your coaching session, I will provide as much notice as reasonably possible and work with you to arrange another suitable time.

​

If we are unable to find a suitable time to reschedule, any payment made for that session will be refunded.

​

Workshops and Community Offerings

​

Workshop Registration

​

Payment is required to confirm your registration.

​

Workshop registration payments are non-refundable. Because workshops have limited spaces and planning is based on the number of registered participants, I am unable to offer refunds for cancellations or non-attendance.

If You Can No Longer Attend

​

If you are unable to attend a workshop, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another person.

​

Please email teri@serava.ca to let me know that you are transferring your spot and provide the new participant's name. The new participant will need to complete the applicable registration form before attending.

If I Need to Cancel a Workshop

​

If Serava Life Coaching Inc. cancels a workshop or community offering, you will have the option of:

• receiving a full refund; or

• transferring your registration to the next available date.​

Refunds Required by Law

​

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any cancellation or refund rights you may have under applicable British Columbia or Canadian law.

​

Where a cancellation gives rise to a refund under applicable law, the refund will be provided in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

​

To cancel a booking or request a refund, please contact:

Please include your name, the service or workshop you booked, and the date of your booking where possible.

​

Cancellation notices may be provided by email.
