If you’re feeling drawn to this work, the first step is a short connection call. This is a space for us to connect, explore what’s currently happening for you, and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit. This call is here to help you: -Get clear on what you’re navigating right now -Understand what support could actually help you (not just in theory, but in real life) -Experience how I work and whether it feels supportive for you -Ask any questions about the coaching container or process Most importantly, it helps you feel into whether this is the right next step. This is for you if you are: -feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted -noticing patterns of self-criticism or self-doubt -in a transition or season of change in your life or identity -wanting more clarity, steadiness, and self-trust -ready for support, even if you’re not sure exactly what that looks like yet You don’t need the “right words” or a clear plan. You just need to show up as you are. Calls are held online via Google Meet. There will be a few questions emailed to you in advance, and a link for the call. They are approximately 30 minutes. You will leave with more clarity about your next step, whether we work together or not. Many people wait until they feel fully ready before reaching out.
