ABOUT COACHING

WHAT IS LIFE COACHING?

A space to slow down, think things through, and explore what matters to you.

Life coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process that can help you gain clarity, reconnect with your strengths, and create meaningful change.

It offers an opportunity to step out of the day-to-day and give some attention to what's going on in your life.

It isn't about giving you advice or fixing what's wrong. Coaching creates space for thoughtful conversation, deep listening, self-discovery, and new perspectives.

My approach is grounded in solution-focused coaching. I believe you are naturally resourceful and already hold many of the answers you're looking for. My role is to ask thoughtful questions, offer reflections, and help you uncover new possibilities.

Rather than focusing only on what you want to achieve, we may also explore why it matters and what you're truly seeking beneath your goals, expectations, habits, or inner conflict.

IS COACHING RIGHT FOR ME?

Coaching may be a good fit if you're:

  • navigating a life transition

  • tend to be very hard on yourself

  • feeling overwhelmed or stressed often

  • seeking greater clarity

  • feeling stuck or uncertain

  • wanting to understand yourself better

  • working through a decision

  • looking to strengthen relationships or communication

  • wanting to build confidence or develop new habits

  • pursuing a personal or professional goal that's meaningful to you

You don't need to have a specific goal or know exactly what you want to change. Sometimes you simply know that something feels off, that you're ready for something different, or that you'd like a supportive place to explore what's going on.

If you're curious about yourself and open to exploring new perspectives and possibilities, coaching may be a good fit.

WHAT COACHING ISN’T

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, psychology, or medical care.

I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, provide crisis intervention, or offer legal, financial, or medical advice.

My practice follows the ethical standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), including confidentiality, professional integrity, respect for client autonomy, and clear professional boundaries.

If your needs fall outside the scope of coaching, I may recommend working with another appropriately qualified professional.

WHAT DOES WORKING WITH YOU LOOK LIKE?

Sessions are available online or in person, depending on your preference and availability.

Every coaching journey is unique because every person is unique.

Each session is a supportive conversation shaped by what is most important to you. Whether you're navigating a challenge, exploring a decision, feeling overwhelmed, working toward a goal, or simply wanting to reconnect with yourself, we begin where you are.

I'll ask thoughtful questions, offer reflections, and help you explore new perspectives. My hope is that you leave each session with something meaningful to carry forward, whether that's a fresh insight, a shift in perspective, renewed self-compassion, or a clear next step.
