Come home to yourself

You don't need to become someone new

You need to remember who you've always been underneath the noise

Perhaps you've tried to be grateful.

Patient.

Positive.

Strong.

You tell yourself you shouldn't complain because, really...

Your life is good.

So why does it sometimes feel like you're simply getting through the days instead of truly living them?

Can you relate to any of these thoughts?

"I'm exhausted... but I don't know how to stop."

"My mind never seems to slow down."

"My life looks good on paper... so why doesn't it feel that way?"

"I don't even know what I want anymore."

"When did I become so serious?"

"I miss the woman I used to be."

"Why can't I just enjoy this beautiful life I've worked so hard to create?"

"I feel like I've lost a part of myself."

Maybe underneath those thoughts...

You long to breathe a little easier.

To stop feeling guilty for putting yourself on the list.

To laugh without forcing it.

To wake up looking forward to the day.

To enjoy the little moments again.

To feel like yourself.

May I ask you something?

When was the last time you felt deeply connected to yourself?

Not to your responsibilities.

Not to everyone else's needs.

To you.

The version of you that's calm.

Curious.

Playful.

Present.

The one who isn't constantly questioning herself.

Or wondering if she's enough.

Or carrying the invisible weight of trying to hold everything together.

Maybe you haven't lost yourself.

Maybe you've just been away from yourself for a while.

And maybe that's what brings you here.

Not because something is wrong with you.

But because something in you is ready to come home to yourself again.

What does "Come Home to Yourself" mean?

For some people, the word home brings feelings of warmth and belonging.

For others, it doesn't.

When I use the phrase Come Home to Yourself, I'm not talking about a place.

I'm talking about a return.

A return to the part of you that's still there beneath the pressure, the overthinking, the expectations, and the endless doing.

The part of you that doesn't need to be fixed.

Only heard.

Only understood.

Hi, I'm Teri.

I'm a certified life coach based in North Vancouver, BC.

I help women come home to themselves so they can experience more peace, joy, and freedom in the life they already have.

Not through more striving.

Not through becoming someone different.

But by gently noticing the patterns, beliefs, and inner conversations that have quietly pulled them away from themselves over time.

Most of us were never taught how to stay connected to ourselves.

We learned how to cope.

How to perform.

How to please.

How to keep going.

How to ignore what we felt so we could take care of everyone else.

And little by little, we lost touch with the quiet inner wisdom that already knew what we needed.

My role isn't to tell you who to become.

It's to create a space where you can hear yourself again.

A space where nothing inside you needs to be judged or pushed away.

Where awareness brings compassion instead of criticism.

Where your nervous system begins to settle.

Where self-trust begins to return.

My hope is simple.

That you leave feeling a little lighter than when you arrived.

And a little more like yourself again.

If something inside you feels seen here...

Perhaps this isn't a coincidence.

Perhaps it's an invitation.

An invitation to stop carrying everything on your own.

An invitation to come home to yourself.

If this feels right, I’d be honoured to support your next steps.

The Mother Journey

Have you heard of the term Matrescence?

Matrescence is the emotional, physical, and spiritual shift into motherhood and the journey of it after. It’s powerful, messy, and often misunderstood.

You don’t have to navigate it alone. Let’s slow down, find clarity in the chaos, and gently return home to yourself.

Matrescence isn’t a moment, it’s a lifelong unfolding. As your child grows, so do you.
